6 skewers (soaked in water)
1 and a half pounds pork tenderloin cut in 1 inch cubes

18-24 pieces French fries
1 large tomatoe cut in think slices
salt, pepper and oregano to taste

Prepare a bbq fire. Toss meat cubes with oil, sald, pepper and oregano. Thread them through the skewers .
Place on the grill and cook until done. About 10 minutes. salt, pepper and oregano to taste

Bursh the pitas with olive oil and put them in a hot saute pan to warm up. Cook on both sides until soft and golden color. Place them on a warm platter, covered with foil.
To assemble this delight, place in each pitta the meat of one skewer and draw out the skewer. Add a few tomatoe slices and onions. Finally add the hit of the greek cuisine.tzatziki. Roll up the pitta by placing it on an individual foil wrapper. Only half the pitta is to be exposed.
